Missing Persons...Australia - NZ
Missing Persons Protocol,
n.b The following information has been cross-referenced with.
The Australian Missing Persons Register.
There are only, Three reasons why persons go missing.
1, They are, The victim of a Crime.
2, They are, Lost for reasons unknown.
3, They are, Missing by choice.
The Northern Territory Southern Region List..........
Clearly defines that persons reported missing from within, The Northern Territory.
i.e. Numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, respectively, in chronological order are within a fixed....Missing Persons Footprint. from, Alice Springs proper.
However 8, 9, 10, are within the same fixed missing persons footprint from Tennant Creek proper.
Indicating that if there is, "A Suspect" in one or more than one case, then the suspect is in all probability the same person.
Because the footprint of, The Alice Springs Incidents, Borders with that of The Tennant Creek Incidents. Exactly.
This being Incident Number 8, of which was "The Barrow Creek Incident".
-------------------------------------------------------
However if we were to consider the mathmatical combinations based on the number of States and Territories including NZ and The UK.
i.e. = based on 1 missing per state
10x10x10x10x10x10x10x10x10x10=
Then the probability factor is Increased ten-fold per missing person per state
For example...........
If you bought my I.D. in NSW You could not use it in NSW. But could use it QSL. Etc
Simply as if you were me, Moving from one location to another.
This includes Ex-Pats.

The "onus of issue" for any
The "onus of issue" for any documents relating to, personal identity remains with the respective issuing authority,
In this current age of heightened risk to national and personal security, should we not all be concerned with the loop - holes and, how we could play a part in there closure.
While there is the administrative costs to consider. This Is a small price to pay.
An example has to be,
If you issue documentation, then it is your duty to make damn sure that the applicant is entitled to that documentation.
If they wish to use such information for geaneology etc, then overstamp,
"Not For Identity Use" and, interview the applicant.

Where's Peter ?
If you wish to increase productivity then you need to take out the middle man. ( or replace him with an unknown ! )
Who was the middle man in this case, From where ?
However you also need to change the shipping route.
Where was Peter going initally ?
Where was he going after the plans were changed ?
Where did Jamie Herdman come from ?
Where did he go to after he left his Kombi on the same Highway ?
Where was the appeal desciscion made ?
So Where Is Peter,
With
No evidence of Life and, No evidence of Death. !
Simple,
You will not find him, because you are not meant, to find him.

Falconio murderer suspect in other cases
July 23, 2007 02:07am
Article from: Northern Territory
CONVICTED murderer Bradley John Murdoch is still considered a person of interest in the disappearances of two young women.
A new book by Territorian Paul Toohey reveals Broome residents fear Sara Davey and Petronella Albert may have fallen victim to the man serving life for murdering British backpacker Peter Falconio.
Western Australian police said Murdoch was still a man "of interest" in the cases.
Toohey's book, The Killer Within, is the latest examination of the Falconio case.
The Territory journalist visited Broome - where Murdoch lived for many years - and found many locals believe Murdoch had something to do with the disappearance of the two young women.
Davey has not been seen since 1997 and Ms Albert since 1999. Both disappeared in Broome.
Toohey said yesterday he tried to investigate the disappearances but found it hard to get very far.
"They just disappeared," he said. "No one in Broome knows what happened to them."
Toohey said a couple of people approached him with the theory that Murdoch had been involved.
"Western Australia police haven't ruled out Murdoch as a suspect, but that doesn't mean he was involved.
"It is speculation - he remains a suspect, nothing more." Toohey said Territory police profiled Murdoch as a "cleanskin" - a first time, one-off killer.

No recent listings have been posted on the A.F.P. website. For the Northern Territories, under missing persons protocol.?
I have published the probable link between Sydney and Broome.
Under "The Barrow Creek Incident" and, have added other relevent notes.
IF THEY HAVE READ IT YOU
IF THEY HAVE READ IT
YOU FAILED TO SHRED IT
Or
SECURE IT
The Australian government released figures stating,
That there were OVER 500,000 dead persons, still ACTIVE on the medicare database.
If we were to at least triple this figure and add it to the above,
(dopplegangers - clones - borrowers etc,)
Then we still do not reach a credible prime figure, if identities are being re-cycled around the world.
This clearly indicates then that the original identities of these persons are being used by persons unknown as in. Actual Identity Theft. ( not just fraud )
The cost to, The Authorities, The State System, Public Services, The Banks, (cloned accounts etc....) are are all reflected to you the public.
i.e. we who pay our dues or who are entitled to them.
This exceeds many millions of dollars per annum.
While I do not be-grudge anyone trying to get a better life.
It is your concern to establish if any of these persons are a risk to national security, your neighbourhood etc, because you do not know who they really are or of their association with non-recognised organisations.
Even friends and neighbours are known to steal identity documentation.
And YES it does concern you.!
Do not wait until it is YOUR Identity that is stolen.
Safeguard.
All your I.D. documents.
They are worth a Fortune in the wrong hands.
The results cost you, not the thief. it is you who have to prove-in-law, that it was not you using your own Identity at that time.

1...Mr "X", An Australian or Dual National, walks into a bank or building Society and opens an account.(Officially and with legally required documentation).
2...Within a matter of 8-10 weeks, Mr "X", recieves card and PIN to access account.
3...Mr "X" gives or loses card and PIN to Mr "Y", who changes PIN. and moves out of state.
3...However Mr "X" may or may not be aware that, Mr "Y" (conditional that he does not use it in the state of the originator) his mate, family member, or stranger etc, is also using, his TFN. and so on.
4...Thus following with a utility bill, membership of bone - fide assn's and so on.
5...As for a driving licence, an Australian / NZ emergency issue. if your papers are in order get the real mc,coy, AU or NZ
6...You don't fly out of Australia on your over-stay name. if you've become Mr "X"
7...Then again you don't need to fly out at all. if your intention is to stay.
8...Once you have your Australian papers in order, your european wife, shelia, girlfriend, joins you on a matrimonial intent.
And, touch`e youv'e been done. yet again !

In the photograph
In the photograph of Assistant Commissioner John Daulby,
Sat at his desk with the Forensics Examiner Carmen Eckhof
Holding up Joanne Lee’s T-Shirt
You will notice on the white-board, a picture of a Utility Vehicle As Miss Lees Had originally described.
It has on it a “Low Profile Canopy” equal to or less than 5ft 6in.
This is the vehicle that the police should have searched for.
You may have noted that ROB the witness at Bourke stated that he could see over the height of the canopy of the utility thus confirming that this too had a low profile.
He identified the Suspect based on the original description that Lees had given, and also of, Falconio in the same context.
Therefore it would be reasonable to conclude that it too was in all probability the same vehicle.
Although by this time it had a rough paint job “Green”.
Also If the vehicle had a full height canopy this would be at 6ft 6in plus in height and his view would have been obstructed.
In the same white-board photograph the cable ties clearly define that the end tabs were long enough for Self Application and wide enough for the use of the Kombi steering wheel.
The photograph also is displaying, The grazing to the elbows of Miss Lees, and clearly establish that She must have had her hands
“In front of her” at the time she sustained such Injuries, if she was supposedly in the face down position.
Whilst we must consider that the occupant of , The Utility Vehicle at Alice Springs after the Incident, Was “A Suspect”, he clearly may not have been “The Suspect" in this case. as the original description of suspect and vehicle had been changed to suit.
The canopy of this vehicle had “ A Restricted Opening at the sides into which a person is unlightly to have been forced into or at the rear from which a person could escape from Feet First over the tailgate without making contact with the tow hitch and having sustained far more serious injuries.
concluding that none of this could apply in the Falconio case.
It is also worthy of mention that,
While I have given a sunset time of 4.47 pm this applied to, my location on The Stewart Highway, South Australia.
The time of sun-set has been defined as 6.09 pm at Ti-Tree therefore the sun had still set (prior to) the purchase made at 6.22pm.
