Suspension of a highly-sensitive form of DNA testing in the United Kingdom has sparked calls here for a re-examination of the evidence used to convict Bradley Murdoch of the outback murder of Peter Falconio.
Prosecutors in the UK are reviewing the use of so-called low copy number DNA testing, after a judge last week acquitted the only man charged with murder over the 1998 Omagh bombing in Northern Ireland, which killed 29 people.
In that case the judge criticised the DNA evidence and UK police have since suspended the use of the testing, which analyses microscopic DNA samples.
President of the Australian Council for Civil Liberties, Brisbane lawyer Terry O'Gorman, said he understood the same technology was used to convict Murdoch of the 2001 murder in the Northern Territory.

The prompting of a review, should be based on all the facts, not just that relating to the LCN DNA implications.
IF,
The Investigating Authority, whilst in court knew that,
Bradley Murdoch did NOT kill Peter Falconio,
But he's going down for it anyway !.
The Authority or, certainly somebody powerfull enough within that authority must know that Joanne Lees was "actually" telling lies as to the identity of, The "Supposed" Killer.
Did they know who the real killer was, "if indeed there was one".
Either way,
The police could NOT broker a deal with a man they know to be innocent.
So what link's did Joanne / Joanna, Lee's or Peter have with persons in Adelaide, SA. or Australia. Before ......

And "ALL" evidence, (supposed or otherwise) removed by a Forensics Team Only in there professional capacity.
Not contaminated by the removal of, the major article of evidence.

Bradley Murdoch. was NOT found at the scene of,
"The Barrow Creek Incident."
Because the contents, Blood spot DNA, etc....Within the Kombi and the Blood spot on the T-Shirt was detected at "Alice Springs" after the supposed incident.
Why were all the contents un-professionally removed and not bagged and tagged or inventorised.
e.g. The torch ! etc
Being used at 9 pm 1 hour AFTER the suspect was witnessed leaving at 8 pm .

· Author says cop told her Murdoch not the killer.
If they are so sure of that then, is that not evidence in itself of corruption.
· Therefore if, Peter Falconio, was killed.
They knowingly let the killer go free, is that because they know who it was !
· Book claims Murdoch was going to 'name names'.
Whilst that may be the price freedom that is a very dangerous position to be in, certainly when in prison containment.
· Police say 'court results speak for themselves'
If it is the police that say this then it must be a higher authority that have the control over the corrupt actions and the prosecutions presentation of the case.
The DNA was not removed from the scene at, Barrow Creek Incident, by forensics.
The timeline does not match the credibility of the statements or evidence.
Is this Evidence, of corruption, in itself.
· James Hepi, in hiding.
So he should be if “The Coffin Cheaters” want their money back. or was hepi the killer ? and, was this part of his deal with the NT police when they caught him with the drug shipment.
· Joanne Lee’s in hiding.
Did Lee's put Murdoch in the frame on behalf of, James Hepi and, also to get Peter Falconio out of the way, under the old adage of, killing two birds with one stone!

Does Lee’s flexibility of the truth extend to murder committed by herself, murder by someone she knows or, the assumed death or deception of Peter for protection from prosecution!.
