The Investigating Authority, whilst in court knew that,
Bradley Murdoch did NOT kill Peter Falconio,
But he's going down for it anyway !.
The Authority or, certainly somebody powerfull enough within that authority must know that Joanne Lees was "actually" telling lies as to the identity of, The "Supposed" Killer.
Did they know who the real killer was, "if indeed there was one".
Either way,
The police could NOT broker a deal with a man they know to be innocent.
So what link's did Joanne / Joanna, Lee's or Peter have with persons in Adelaide, SA. or Australia. Before ......

And "ALL" evidence, (supposed or otherwise) removed by a Forensics Team Only in there professional capacity.
Not contaminated by the removal of, the major article of evidence.

"The Barrow Creek Incident."
Because the contents, Blood spot DNA, etc....Within the Kombi and the Blood spot on the T-Shirt was detected at "Alice Springs" after the supposed incident.
Why were all the contents un-professionally removed and not bagged and tagged or inventorised.
e.g. The torch ! etc
Being used at 9 pm 1 hour AFTER the suspect was witnessed leaving at 8 pm .
